Mr. Fix It For A Day
Do you have a need to have a lot of miscallaneaous items fixed around your house? Do you have a lot of small items that are in need of repair but not sure if calling three different types of contractors is the way to go? Then call us to take care of those needs and we will make it simple for you. We charge one flat rate of $400.00 per eight hour day, not including materials. One call will make it easier on you for the whole process and easier on your wallet. Check out the list below to see what items might be in need of in your home.
Carpentry
Services included but not limited to: Trim work, decks and deck repair, door installation, cabinet installation and modification, furniture repair, installation of cabinet and door hardware.
Minor Electrical
Services included but not limited to: Change out of outlets and switches, installation of light fixtures and can lighting, installation of exterior/landscape lighting.
Minor Plumbing
Services included but not limited to: Change out of faucets, leak repairs, change out of plumbing connections.
Painting
Services included but not limited to: Caulking, spackling, drywall repair, painting of walls, trim, furniture and exterior.
Landscaping
Services included but not limited to: Lawn moving, bush trimming, adding and spreading mulch or landscape stone, planting, stone work, yard maintenance and power washing of decks.
Masonary & Tile
Services included but not limited to: Brick and motar repair, minor stone repair, tile repair and installation.
Moving
Services included but not limited to: Moving of furniture inside the house and to another location, appliance delivery, furniture assembly, moving of household items.
Clean Up
Services included but not limited to: Garage cleaning, garbage removal, general yard maintenance, and power washing of exterior.
